What is the book about?

Ali is a 9 year old boy who lives with his Mummy, Daddy and older brother Ahmed. Ali’s Mummy gets very angry sometimes, and she shouts, says mean things, and throws things. When this happens, Ali gets very scared and sad. He wishes they could be a normal happy family. Join Ali as he learns how to focus on positive feelings to help himself feel better. This book also offers short and long term guidance for families dealing with anger and abusive behaviour.
